Shipping Costs

All safari tent orders placed on our website will incur a shipping cost. This cost is calculated separately at the time of delivery based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Shipping charges will be billed independently.

Collection Option

Customers may choose to collect their safari tent from our warehouse. All collections must be pre-arranged with our team, and customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times will be provided once the tent is in production. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and destination.

Responsibility for Goods

Once a safari tent has been collected or delivered, full responsibility for the goods lies with the customer. Any damage occurring during transit must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.

Failed Deliveries & Additional Charges

If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Any changes to delivery details after dispatch may result in additional charges.
