Bell Tent Sussex has a team of repair and restoration experts in canvas Bell Tents. With a life time of experience, our team has worked with a number of canvas tents in the past. No job is too small or too big and we make sure our work is to the highest standard. We can fix holes, tears or rips to any canvas tents on the market. We can also make any adjustments needed including stove holes with canvas flaps. If you purchased from us we will also offer you a 10% discount.

What Do We Do?

HOW TO BOOK A REPAIR

EMAIL PHOTOS

To start with, we need an email from yourself to understand the issues you have with the canvas tent. We will ask for as many photos as possible identifying the problem, with as much detail as you can provide.

PHOTOS GET ASSESSED

We will then reply to your email to either ask for more details or if we think we have enough information, we will then supply you with a quote.

You can decide if you would like us to arrange for collection of your item or if you are local and would rather deliver yourself to East Sussex, we can sort this out too.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

Once the item has been delivered we will inspect the issues. Payment will need to be made prior to repairs being made. As soon as the refurbishments are finished we will get the items safely sent back to you or arrange for collection.

Please note that if any repair work required is more complex than originally thought, we may have to update the quote however, the price usually stays the same.

 

How Do We Collect The Plastic?

We have all grown up to love and respect where we live. The beach is a huge part of our lives which is why we need to protect it as much as we can.

Over the years Bell Tent Sussex have been collecting 1kg of plastic waste for every Bell Tent we sell, all from the Sussex coast. This will then be used to create energy from our local clean, waste to energy centre preventing it from going to landfill. The energy created will be in the form of electricity and hot water. The electricity will be sent the national grid whilst the hot water will be used for network heating. 

Bell Tent Sussex have a few ideas how we can gain interest to actively go out and help keep our beaches clean and safe, whilst having the backing our clean tech company to deal with all the plastic waste in a clean environmentally safe way.
