Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand there might be an occasion where you have changed your mind on the purchase. We always hope you are happy with every package delivered, but if for some reason you want to send it back to us, please get in contact within 14 days from delivery. Please send all items in the original packaging it arrived in.


Once we receive the package and it has gone through our returns department, it will need to meet our requirements before a refund will be issued. We will never except used items, wet or mouldy canvas tents or awnings, and only accept refunds where the product meets our standard for resale unless faulty.  We can only refund you the price of the product. We cannot refund you the delivery cost. All refunds from cancelled pre-orders will incur a re stocking fee of 20% of the total order. To see more information on Pre-order cancelation please visit our Terms and Conditions page.


It is completely down to the customer to make sure the products arrives back to Bell Tent Sussex undamaged; we strongly recommend you take out insurance for the item in case it becomes lost or damaged. We can always help organise the package to be collected, just give us a call and we will help in any way we can. For the returns address please contact Bell Tent Sussex.  


Our tents have a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects.

This will guarantee manufacturing issues including stitching causing the tent to leak, but it’s not an insurance policy against damage caused by wear and tear or bad weather conditions, such as high winds. Damage caused from high winds misuse or any damage that was not caused by the manufacturing process will not be covered under the warranty.

Please note, we recommend that all mattresses need to be tested by the customer upon arrival of delivery. This will guarantee any manufacturing issues should they arise, including stitching and faulty valves causing the mattress to leak.

This policy does not cover against damage caused by wear and tear, or damage caused from misuse or any damage that was not caused by the manufacturing process. We can only offer a 14 day returns policy on all mattresses, so we highly recommend you check to make sure the mattress is in good working order.
