Shipping Policy
We offer FREE Shipping on all our tents and orders over £500 to most parts of the UK. All large items under £500 will be charged at £19.95 or £5.99 for smaller items. Parcel Force, DHL or UPS will aim to deliver large items the next working day, these times may vary.
All goods ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Our regular deliveries are made Mon- Fri at 3pm excluding bank holidays. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by our couriers.
Tracking number for your consignment will be emailed to you. You will receive a text or email to let you know when your delivery is ready to be dispatched, and when it will be delivered.
If for any reason you have not received your order with in 48 hours please get in touch.
Items sold by separate suppliers will be shipped by separate couriers, so please don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t all arrive at the same time.
Standard Delivery:We strive to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes. However, please note that standard deliveries are managed by third-party couriers, and once dispatched, we cannot control or guarantee the exact delivery time or address details. In the rare event that a courier delivers to a neighbor or alternate address, this is beyond our control and no compensation or refunds on shipipng costs will be issued in such cases.
Next-Day Delivery:Customers opting for next-day delivery will receive a refund of the shipping cost if the courier fails to meet the guaranteed delivery time. This option ensures prioritised handling and tracking. However, this compensation is only applicable when the next-day delivery service has been selected as an add-on and paid for during checkout.
Delivery Errors:While we understand that delivery mistakes can happen, such as the parcel being left with a neighbor, these occurrences are not eligible for refunds or compensation under our standard delivery terms.
On our site, what you see is what you pay. We've included all the taxes and fees in our prices, so there are no extra charges when your order arrives. This is for our customers in Europe, America, Canada, New Zealand and Australia—no surprises, just easy shopping.
If you're not in these places, no problem! Just give us a shout before you buy, and we'll work out a special shipping price for you, making sure you know all the costs upfront. Easy shopping, everywhere.
Our shipping policy for orders from outside the UK encompasses a variety of important considerations, such as emergency situations, duty taxes, administrative fees, and customs and government charges. In order to provide complimentary shipping on tents, it's essential for us to ensure these costs are covered. This enables us to offer a comprehensive door-to-door service, seamlessly delivering your order from our doorstep to yours.
How Do We Collect The Plastic?
We have all grown up to love and respect where we live. The beach is a huge part of our lives which is why we need to protect it as much as we can.
Over the years Bell Tent Sussex have been collecting 1kg of plastic waste for every Bell Tent we sell, all from the Sussex coast. This will then be used to create energy from our local clean, waste to energy centre preventing it from going to landfill. The energy created will be in the form of electricity and hot water. The electricity will be sent the national grid whilst the hot water will be used for network heating.
Bell Tent Sussex have a few ideas how we can gain interest to actively go out and help keep our beaches clean and safe, whilst having the backing our clean tech company to deal with all the plastic waste in a clean environmentally safe way.

We joined Greenspark to ensure that Bell Tent Sussex has a positive impact on our planet and its people. Check out our impact so far. For every sale we will collect 10 plastic bottles from the beaches.
