Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping on all items over £500 to most parts of the UK. All large items under £500 will be charged at £19.95 or £5.99 for smaller items. Parcel Force, DHL, UPS or Tuffnells will aim to deliver large items the next working day, these times may vary.   

All goods ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Our regular deliveries are made Mon- Fri at 3pm excluding bank holidays. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by our couriers. 

Tracking number for your consignment will be emailed to you. You will receive a text or email to let you know when your delivery is ready to be dispatched, and when it will be delivered.  

If for any reason you have not received your order with in 48 hours please get in touch.

Items sold by separate suppliers will be shipped by separate couriers, so please don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t all arrive at the same time.

For all large orders outside of the UK please get in contact for updated shipping prices. Shipping to Europe will be charged at £19.95.

Worldwide Shipping 
"Please be informed that all deliveries to the USA and Europe are estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days, with some exceptions potentially taking up to 5 business days. Deliveries to the rest of the world are estimated to arrive within 7-14 business days. Delivery times may vary and the estimated arrival times are just that - estimates. The seller cannot guarantee a specific delivery date." It is also the responsibility of the customer to fully understand and take into account any associated fees prior to making a purchase. For international orders returned after 14 days due to unpaid customs or duties, the customer will be responsible for covering the redelivery costs.

Import Duty & Tax
Please be advised that international deliveries originating from the UK may incur import and tax fees for which the recipient will be solely responsible. The UK value-added tax (VAT) of 20% will be deducted during the checkout process. It is the responsibility of the customer to fully understand and take into account any associated fees prior to making a purchase. The seller assumes no liability for items held in customs, disposed of in customs due to no payment, lost, or damaged during transit, and no compensation or refunds will be provided.
