1. Site Safety & Customer Responsibility

By agreeing to our installation service, the customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that the installation area is safe, accessible, and suitable for the setup of a stretch tent. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ground Safety:
  The ground must be flat, level, and free from any objects that could damage the tent fabric when laid out (e.g. glass, rubble, sharp stones, debris, or protruding tree roots).
• Underground Services:
  The customer must ensure that the designated installation area is clear of all underground services, including but not limited to:
• Water pipes
• Electrical cables
• Gas lines
• Drainage and soakaways
• Telecom/data lines
  Our installation may require stakes up to 1.5 metres deep to be driven into the ground. We will not accept liability for any damage to underground services or property resulting from installation where these have not been properly identified by the customer in advance.
• Access Requirements:
  Safe, direct, and clear access to the site must be provided for our team and vehicle(s). If vehicle access is restricted or involves additional carrying distances, this must be communicated prior to installation.
• Weather & Wind Exposure:
  It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any exposure risks such as excessive wind, sloped ground, or unstable surfaces. Additional anchoring or adjustments may be required and could incur further charges.

2. Liability & Damages

• Damage to Underground Infrastructure:
  Glamping Adventures accepts no responsibility for damage to underground services or installations that have not been clearly marked or disclosed prior to installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a full site survey has been conducted and that the area is safe to install.
• Damage to the Tent from Unsafe Ground:
  Any damage caused to the stretch tent due to unsafe or unsuitable ground conditions (including sharp debris, chemicals, or burns) is the responsibility of the customer. Repairs or replacements required due to this will be chargeable.
• Post-Installation Responsibilities:
  Once the tent is installed, the customer is responsible for its care, protection, and safe use of the stretch tent. If renting no unauthorised modifications, alterations, or relocation of the tent is permitted without prior written consent from Glamping Adventures.

3. Cancellation & Delays

• Unsuitable Sites on Arrival:
  If our team arrives and finds the site to be unsafe, inaccessible, or unfit for installation, we reserve the right to cancel the installation or delay until the site is made suitable. Additional charges may apply for return visits or extended wait times.
• Weather Delays:
  Installation may be postponed in the event of unsafe weather conditions such as high winds, storms, or flooding. We will communicate any weather-related delays as early as possible.

4. Final Agreement

By booking Glamping Adventures for installation services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. The customer also accepts full responsibility for ensuring the site meets all conditions outlined above.
